1. Delivery Areas:
We offer shipping services to addresses within Australia,
Please note that certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If you are unsure about the delivery to your location, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance before placing your order.
2. Shipping Methods:
We provide standard shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery address.
3. Processing Time:
Rental Bookings: Once your rental booking is confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch the selected items within 12 – 24 hours from the booking date.
Retail Purchases: Retail purchase items will be processed and dispatched within 12 – 24 hours] from the order confirmation date.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery address and the weight of the items in your order.
5. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.
6. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are typically within 3 days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
7. Delivery Attempts:
Our shipping partners will make multiple delivery attempts to ensure successful delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be held at a local collection point or returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Signature Requirement:
For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure someone is present to sign for the package.
9. Delayed Deliveries:
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
10. International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping services within Australia. International shipping is not available.

11. Fraudulent Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold an order in the circumstance that we have sufficient grounds to believe that the order is fraudulent or has fraudulent characteristics. In such instances, we will attempt to make contact to the buyer using the email address and/or number provided at the time of the booking and request that a proof of identity be provided before releasing your order. In the event we are not able to make contact, or the information provided is not satisfactory, StyleOnHire have the right to cancel your order without notification.

12. Track your order
Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. We dispatch all online orders from our store on Gold Coast, Australia
