1. Cancellation Policy for Rental Bookings:

1.1 Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellation requests can be made at any time before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. To cancel your rental booking, please contact our Customer Support team via phone or email.
  • We recommend notifying us of any cancellations as early as possible to allow us to accommodate other customers.

1.2 Refund Eligibility:

  • If you cancel your rental booking at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the hire fees.
  • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, the following refund policy applies:
  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund of the hire fees.
  • Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the scheduled date will receive a 25% refund of the hire fees.
  • Cancellations made on the day of pickup or delivery are not eligible for a refund.
